In this section we will be developing Field Service Expectation for Technicians and Managers
Select Service Tab - Expectations Setting/Bonus - Mgr/Tech Expectations
Important notes: The below must be completed prior to proceeding to Generating Expectations and Bonuses

All machines must be assigned to a territory -
Section 8 -

Service Financial and Operational Data must be Loaded (min 3 Months) -

Technician / Manager Profiles must be complete -

All Technicians must be assigned to the appropriate Managers team prior to setting a Managers expectations -

Tech / Manager expectations must be completed prior to executing Bonus Setup
