In this section, we will describe the following Parts Management Tasks:

Download / Save the EAutomate DGI Elite Service Report - Material Replacement and Yield Report (Section 9.1). This Report is used to extract parts usage data for Car Stock Development

Note: Report should be run for 9 Months from Current End of Month

Import Part Usage Data to PIVOT (Manual Process)
Auto Import Parts Usage Data (Auto Extraction Required)
View Created Technician Car Stocks
Export Car Stocks to EAutomate

Note: This will overwrite the existing minimum and maximum levels in EAutomate

Create Technician, Team and Company Spending Plans. Pros Elite Group recommends reviewing spending plans quarterly. This is due to a single technician or team could have a high usage month performing PM’s at a school as an example that can skew the normal run rate

NOTE: Prior to loading Car Stocks Data or Spending Plans, you MUST Complete Territory assignment process in the Territory Management (Section 8). All units must be assigned
