Profiles are used to provide PIVOT with information about the Company, Managers, Technicians and Sales representatives. Profiles will also dictate the areas of PIVOT any given user can access. It is very important that each user has a valid email address entered into their profile and that the user acknowledges the verification email for several areas of PIVOT to work properly.
1. Complete the Company information
Note: if you are the Account Executive and have Service/Sales users, ensure that you select the check box Access Executive Account:
