9.3 Car Stock Recommendation Overview and Export to EAutomate
To view Navigate to Territory Management tab/ Parts Management/ Create Car Stocks/ Pivot Recommended Car Stocks
Parts Inventory Home Page Overview:
1. View All Techs Car stocks - Select to view recommended car stocks for Technicians with assigned Territories
2. View Main Warehouse Recommended Parts Inventory - Select to view Main Warehouse Parts Inventory Recommendation
3. Update All Techs Car stocks - Use to load all tech inventories at once (Caution this will overwrite E-Automate Car Stock data)
NOTE: Use the "Include in Car Stocks" selection in Territory mapping
Minimum Car Stock Recommendations – Car Stock will be Turned in 3 Months (Pros Elite Group Recommended)
Standard Car Stock Recommendations – Car Stock will be Turned in 5 Months
Extended Car Stock Recommendations – Car Stock will be Turned in 7 Months
Maximum Car Stock Recommendations – Car Stock will be Turned in 9 Months
4. Select the “Green Eye” next to the Car Stock dollar value to view selected technician’s car stock in Pivot.
5. Once the ‘Green Eye” is selected the user will have the ability to export the file to Excel in CVS format and Insert and update E-Automate Export
6. Example of exported file.
7. Click the red “Insert & Update E-Automate Export” to update E-Auto data.
8. Select Microsoft Excel to open the file.
9. Click “Enable Editing” prior to uploading to E-Auto
10. Click “Enable Content” prior to uploading to E-Auto
11. Click “Insert and Update” to load new Car Stock Recommendations in E-Auto
