10.2.c Technician Profiles

Setting Technician Profiles

1. Adding Technician Profiles: Go to My Accounts / Profiles / Technician

2. Select the Password Protection icon

3. Enter the default password "password" and hit Submit

4. Once Password Protection has been disabled, select the Action icon to edit Technician information

a. +Add - Used to populate Technician Information or to edit existing profile information

b. Verify Email - Used to send a verification email from PIVOT to the selected Technician

7. +Add: Populate Technician Information

a. Select Territory Tech Type from the dropdown

b. Regular - Local General Technician

c. Remote - Non-Local Technician

d. Production - Technician that specializes in Black/White or Color Production Service

8. Select Manager

9. Verify Email: Select Verify Email to complete Technician Setup

10. Email will be sent to technician from Support@prospivot.com
