In this section we will be developing Field Service Bonuses for Technicians and Managers
1. Under Service select Expectation setting/Bonus/ Mgr/Tech Bonus/ Bonus Setup/Run.
2. Below is the first screen you will see when running Technician Bonus'
3. Customize Bonus Criteria
1. Set Bonus payout per Technician.
2. Select Month and Year for Bonus payout.
3. Select the Payout Frequency - Monthly or Quarterly.
4. Select whether or not you wish to pay a 50% bonus for reduced KPI achievement.
5. Select whether or not you will add a GP% Qualifier for bonus Payout.
6. Reset Bonus criteria to default setting.
4. This section allows you to adjust the payout per KPI category.
1. Check box to Enable KPI Category to bonus on
2. After adjusting category weight using steps 3 or 4, use section 2 to lock each category.
Note: starting from the top, lock each category after setting percentage weight.
3. The Slide bar is used to manually adjust categories percentage weight.
4. Use to manually set the payout % for each category by typing in the payout weight percentage.
5. For All Tech Bonus Generation
After setup is complete, Select Generate Bonus for All Technicians button to generate bonus payout sheets for all technician.
NOTE: Skip to step 16
6. For Individual Tech/Mrg. Bonus Generation
After setup is complete, Select Manager/Tech & Create Bonus button to generate Bonus for Individual Technician / Manager
5. After selection Select Manager/Tech & Create Bonus button, the below page will popup, follow the below steps to generate individual Bonuses
Select Tech or Manager Mode
Select desired Tech ID or Manager Name
6. When Tech ID or Manager Name is selected, the below page will automatically populate on your screen.
Adjustment Slide Bars can be used to do last minute expectation adjustments for 100% and 50% payouts
7. Select Save and Generate Bonus payout icon to generate bonus or Select Restore to return setup to default
8. After Save and Generate icon is selected the below window will popup.
9. Selecting cancel will return you to the Tech ID / Mrg Name selection window described in step 5.
10. OK will direct you to Tech / Mrg Saved Bonuses page described in step 11
11. At the Saved Bonus Page - from the dropdown window, select the technician you wish to view
12. the Selected Techniaicn information will appear
13. Select the blue action icon to chose View or Delete
14. View will open the Bonus Payout page for viewing or printing using the blue Export to PDF icon

16. To generate All Tech Bonuses at once, you will select the below icon on the Bonus Setup and Generation Page
17. Once selected the below will popup
18. The Executive Account email along with any users setup in the Notifications section of Pivot (Section 10.3) will receive a notification email from Support@prospivot.com when Bonuses are ready to view
19. In Pivot, go to Service / Expectation Setting/Bonus / Mrg/Tech Bonus / Saved Bonus Payout / View All Tech Bonus
20. Select Bonus date run from the dropdown
21. Select View or Delete
22. The View icon will popup the All Tech Bonus Page
Select Export
22. The Export option window will popup. This permits the following options
Export PDF
Export Excel
All Techs
Individual techs by Tech ID number
23. Select main Home tab to return to main PIVOT site
