12.3a Auto Import Sales Territory Data - (Auto Extraction Req.)
In this section we explain the the Auto Import Territory Data Process utilized for Sales Territory Mapping
NOTE: The Auto Import Territory Data process can be used in lieu of the Manual Import Territory process described in12.3 when the below requirements are met:

Sales Rep. Names and ID's must be present in the users ERP
1. Select Territory Management / Create Sales Territories / Auto Import Territory Data
2. Click Auto Import & Geocode Button
3. A notification window will pop up indicating you are about to
4. Data Filter Page -Data Filters are used to eliminate equipment from your data import that does not meet Workload Calculation.
Data Import Filtering Screen:

Last Service Meter collected (Default 18 Mt)

Last Meter Date (Default 18Mt.)

Contract Count Current (Equipment that is Under Service Contact)
3. Data Import Filter Screen
a. Include in Data Import - These are the activity Dates that will be included in data upload (default 18 month)

Include All Devices with a Last Service Date Greater than the Selected Date

Include All Devices with a Last Meter Date Greater than the Selected Date
b. Import Devices that Contain a Current Equipment Contract (Recommended) By selecting Ignore, you will enable Pivot to import equipment regardless of Contract Status
4. Include or Exclude in Data Import - This selection allow the user to Include or Exclude Territories and/or Rep ID(s) from the Pivot Import
Important Note: Leaving the selections blank will permit all territories / Rep ID's present in the data to be imported (Recommended)

Include Territories - Include Devices Associated to Territory Names from the Territory Data Import

Include Tech ID. - Include Devices Associated to these Rep ID's from the Territory Data Import
5. Once Filters have been set, click the orange Click Here To Start Auto Import button
6. Territory Data Import Process will begin
7. Select Segments for any Highlighted Model Segmentations not identified by Pivot. Highlighted models will always be at the top of the Model Segmentation list.
NOTE: If no Equipment is highlighted, Select Next to skip to step 9
8. Choose correct machine segment for the dropdown, once complete hit Next
9. Correct bad or missing Zip Codes and Suspect Meters
11. After Zip Codes are Validated, click on the red Replace Suspect AMV... button to replace suspected meters
12. Next you will repeat these same steps for Color Data - Hit Ok
13. Click Ok to validate and load Color Data
14. Click on the red Replace Suspect AMV... button to replace suspected meters
15. Select Ok to proceed to Territory Mapping
