12.4 Sales Settings

 
Sales Settings
 
Information entered into PIVOT will approximate the percentage of the existing base that is leased or bid/term based. Sales Settings will allow for the average dealership sales price per segment of equipment.
 
Objective: Enter information specific to dealership to assist in generating percentage of new business in a territory or existing MIF data in a territory to define sales quotas.
 
 
1.0 Verify HOME screen
 
 
1.1     Select MY ACCOUNT:
-     Settings
-     Sales Settings
 
 
1.2     Using the Dropdown, estimate the approximate percentage (%) of business that is leased, bid business or term based.
Note: Range is between 10%-90%
 
 
 
 
1.3     New Territory Quota Calculation- Use the Dropdown to select:
 
-     % of Territory New Business Opportunity or
-     % of Existing MIF Quota
 
 
 
1.4     Below, review SEGMENT and SALES PRICE. The Sales Price should reflect the average sales price, by segment, for your dealership. 
 
 
1.5     After SALES PRICE verification, select the BLUE SAVE icon.
