This report runs automatically runs for all Techs
Navigate to Service Tab/ Service Reports/ Tech Expectations Summary Report
1. Example of Report Generated by PIVOT
2. Pink Bar for each Tech is the Expectations Set in PIVOT
3. Turquoise Bar is 90 Actual KPI Achievements
4. Click the Blue “Export” Tab to export the report in either PDF or Excel
5. Choose file format
6. Click Blue “Export” Tab
7. Choose Open with “TWINUI” to open in PDF Format
