Navigate to Service Tab/ Service Reports/ Parts Premature Replacement Report
Select Data Source at (Arrow #1)
Select Beginning Date Range at (Arrow #2)
Select End Date Range at (Arrow #3)
Select Blue “Generate” Tab to produce report

a. Call Completion Data – Date Call was Closed
Customer Number – Customer Number
Customer Name – Customer Name
Call Number – Service Call Number Generated by E-Auto
Tech Number – Technician Number
Tech Name – Technician Name
Model – Model Number
Model Description - Model Description
Serial Number - Serial Number
Equipment ID - Equipment ID
Part # - Part Number
Part Description – Part Description
Total Days Before Parts Failure – Number of days part was in the Machine
Total Copies Before Parts Failure – Number of Copies run before part was replaced
Manufacture Yield – Stated Yield by Manufacture
Quantity – Number of Same Parts Replaced on one service call
Parts Cost – Cost of Part
Extended Cost – Cost of Part times number of same part replaced
% of Yield Achievement - % of Yield Achievement
Pro-Rated $ lost by Part not Achieving Yield – Cost of part times % of lost Yield Achievment
To Export the file click the Blue “Export” tab.
Select a single Technician Number or “Select All”
Click the Blue “Export” tab
Select “Open with” Microsoft Excel
Click “OK”
Enable Editing of the file
