Support Center

The Support Center Tab is designed to give the user a portal to communication Request for new features, technical issues or General Inquiries. This portal also gives the user the ability to Check Ticket Status
 
1. To Open a New Ticket, select the Green Open a New Ticket icon 
 
 
2. Select the Help Topic Dropdown Window to choose your topic
 
 
3. After Topic Selection, fill in the remaining required fields and and select Create Ticket.
 
 
4. You will see an immediate confirmation that your ticket has been created.
 
 
 
5. A confirmation email will be sent to your email from Supportrequest@Prospivot.com
