1. The favorites tab is useful in saving the most visited sections of PIVOT and allowing the user to jump directly to that section.
2. From the Dashboard page navigate to a section of PIVOT used frequently, for example the Call Audit page shown below
3. Click on the star in the upper righthand corner of the page above the green arrow.
4. The Star will turn Gold and the page you have navigated to will now appear when you select the dropdown arrow along with any other pages you have saved as favorite.
5. The user will now be able jump directly to that section of PIVOT.
