2.0 From this screen the user can create a new filter by selecting “New Filter” blue button on the right side of the screen.
3.0 Type in the Filter Name like “Jerry’s Tech’s” in the box provided at the top of the screen.
4.0 Once the chosen technicians have been selected click the Blue tab “Create” in the lower right of the screen. When the user returns to the Dashboard and selects the Funnel Icon the new filter will appear in the list of filters created.
5. From the the Home page, select the Filter icon, then select the desired dashboard filter
6. Edit Dashboard Filter - Select My Account/Settings/Create Dashboard Filter
7. Select the filter you wish to update by clicking on the blue system icon and Selecting Update
8. Make appropriate changes then select Create to save changes
