MIF (Machines in Field) Data allows you to view real-time data for Active Machines and Total BW and Color machines. This dashboard allows you to view the average monthly volume (AMV) for your company, total number of devices, and the average AMV per technician. In addition, you can use the bar graph view the AMV by each technician.
Selecting Total BW & Color Copies:
This allows you to view the company total BW copies and total color copies. PIVOT has included a pie chart to provide a visual representation of company data.
1.5 Export
PIVOT allows you to export and save the file.
Note:Click on left icon and returns to HOME screen. Click on right icon and data will scroll across screen
