Validate Territory Assignments
Navigate Territory Management/ Create Sales Territories/ Validate Territory Assignments
1. Select the Blue Tab “Import Sales Territory Data, Customer #, Contract # for Validation Assignment” (Arrow #1)
2. Review duplicate entries and remove as appropriate
3. Data can be exported to Excel using the Green Tab “Export Serial Duplicates”
4. Continuing further down the page Select the Primary Sales Rep Number from the drop down box on the right of the screen
5. Selecting the Green Tab “Export Customer Number with Duplicate Sales Rep Assignments” will export the data to Excel
6. Once the Green Tab is selected Open the file with Excel
