MIF Reports
Abbreviation for Machines In the Field. In the market for MFPs (multi-functional peripherals), production print machines, etc., it refers to the total installed base (number of working units).
Objective: Input information and PIVOT can generate MIF reports by manufacturer or by segment.

3. From the Home screen, select SALES
Select -SALES REPORTS
Select- MIF REPORTS
Select- MIF by Manufacturer
4. Select MIF by Manufacturer, view MIF by Manufacturer Tool report
Note: This report provides a comprehensive overview of Machines in the Field by:
- Manufacturer
- Total number of Devices
- Percentage of Total Devices
- Total Average Monthly Volume
- Percent of Average Monthly Volume
5. Select the optional Blue EXPORT button if needed.
6. From the Home screen, select SALES
Select -SALES REPORTS
Select- MIF REPORTS
Select- MIF by Segment
7. Select MIF by Segment, view MIF by Segment Tool report
Note: This report provides a comprehensive overview of Machines in the Field by:
- Segment
- Total number of Devices
- Percentage of Total Devices
- Total Average Monthly Volume
- Percent of Average Monthly Volume
