12.12 Selecting Sales Territories and Exporting Data to E-Automate

In this section we will describe how to export territory data from PIVOT

Export Tab - Exporting data to PC for viewing

Export to EAutomate - Creates Macro Enabled file for Auto Export from PIVOT to EA

12.12.a Selecting File Type and Territories

1. Navigate to Territory Management/ Create Sales Territories/ Access Mapping Tool

2. Export Type - Drop down leave as Master Data Export (Default)

3. Select View All Territories icon, then select desired territory(s) (Arrow #1)

4. Once desired territories are selected (Arrow #2), click on the View All Territories icon again to close

4. Once desired territories are selected, click on the View All Territories icon again to close

5. Export Tab - Creates a Excel file for viewing data or to be saved to PC (Arrow #3)

6. Open Territory Data File with Excel

8. To export the Sales Territory Data File to EAuto Navigate to Territory Management/ Create

Sales Territories/ Validate Territory Assignments
