2. Select Tech Efficiency Loss Report Month and Year - CPC rates will auto populate
3. Report describes:
a. Team Performance Results against Benchmark
b. Lost Workloads due to inefficiencies
c. Amount of click volume that can be absorbed when team reaches operational Benchmarks
d. Amount of Revenue that can be generated for the organization with current staff at Benchmark
4. Report can be Exported as Excel and PDF
