8.3.a Setup Territory Definitions

Setup Territory Definition tab is use to create and save custom Mapping Views used in sections 8.1 thru 8.3. These views can can be customized based on the below:
 
 
1. Select Territory Management/Create Service Territories/Setup Territory Definition
 
 
2. Select New Service Territory Definition icon
 
 
 
3. New Service Territory Definition window will appear
 
4. Create Name
 
 
5. Select Segment Categories Included
 
 
 
6. Select Manufactures Categories Included
 
7. All Models are selected as default however you have the option of selecting specific models by un-checking All and choosing specific models desired
 
 
 
8. Select Submit Icon to create Territory Definition
 
 
9. Created Definition will appear
 
 
10. To Edit/Delete Definition select Password Protection icon
11. The the Password Protection icon will appear, enter password, the default Password is password
 
 
12. From the Action Icon select Edit or Delete
 
 
 
13. To Edit
 
14. Select Edit to make any changes to created definition and hit the Submit icon
 
 
15. To Delete
16. From the Action Icon, select Delete, the below window will appear, hit Submit and definition will be deleted
 
 
 
17. To view newly created Territory Definition, return to Mapping Tool: Territory Mapping/Create Service Territory/Access mapping tool
 
 
 
18. From Mapping Tool Home Screen, select Select Views & Territory Mgmt. Tab
19. Select View Dropdown and Select your Created Territory Definition
 
 
 
20. Map will now only display equipment that falls under your Territory definition
 
 
         
 
 
21. To return to standard view, select Populate by Device
