8.2 Mapping Views - Populate By Manufacture and Model

1. Once Logged into PIVOT, go to Create Service Territories / Access Mapping Tool
2. Select the Views & Territory Mgmt. Tab
3. From the View window click on the dropdown arrow
4. Select type of view from drop down window – Example below “Populate By Manufacture and Model”
5. Select the Territory Data Overview tab
Default view – All Manufactures and Models is Selected
All Devices will be present on map
6. Click on the Unselect All Manufatures icon
Notice all units on map disappear
7. Select Equipment Manufactures (s) you wish to view
Manufactures (s) selected will appear on map
8. Once the Category, you wish to view is selected, detail information making up that Segment will populate in the window labeled Segment Category
Total AMV B/W
Total AMV Color
Total AMV
Total # Devices
8. From this point you can view / create Territories based on the specific Territory criteria by selecting the desired technician and using the drawing tool located in the upper right hand corner of the map to assign equipment
9. To drill down to the Model level, use the middle slide bar to view model listing
10. . Select Model (s) you wish to view
Model (s) selected will appear on map
11. From this point you can view equipment by Manufactures / Model and or create a specific Territory by selecting the desired technician and using the drawing tool located in the upper right hand corner of the map to assign equipment
9. Once complete with this task, click on the Select the Views & Territory Mgmt. Tab and return to Populate By Device or select another view
