15.4 Territory Report

 
 
Sales Territory Reports
 
Your customers are the heart of your business. Mapping sales territory reports helps you gain greater insight into which customers you should focus on the most, identify key customer opportunities, and access details that help you build strategic selling actions.
 
Objective: Geocode current data so PIVOT can allow sales to view each territory by manufacturer, segments, or models.
 
 
1. With your Secure Login credentials, log into https://www.prospivot.com/login
     Ex. Joe.Smith@companyname.com
 
 
2. Home Screen
 
 
3. Select Territory Reports:
     - Territory by Manufacturer
 
 
4. Select the PIVOT Sales upload file and the Sales Territory Name
 
 
5. Select Territory Name
     -Ensure Sales Rep ID is populated AFTER Territory Name has been selected
     - Select the BLUE Calculate Territory by Manufacturer Report
 
 
6. Review Territory data:
 
 
7. Optional EXPORT reports:
Note: Select export to MS Excel or PDF
 
 
8 Select Territory Reports:
-Territory by Segment
 
 
9. Select the PIVOT Sales upload file for Territory by Segment Calculation
     - Ensure Sales Rep ID is populated
     - Select the BLUE Calculate Territory by Segment Report
 
 
10. Review Segment data:
 
 
11. Optional EXPORT reports
Note: Select export to MS Excel or PDF
 
 
12. Select Territory Reports:
     - Territory by Model
 
 
13. Select the PIVOT Sales upload file for Territory by Model
     - Ensure Sales Rep ID is populated
     - Select the BLUE Calculate Territory by Segment Report
 
14. Review Model data:
 
 
15. Optional EXPORT reports
