Sales Rep Quota Report
 
Sales Rep Quota is the sales goal or figure set for a product line, company division or sales representative. It helps the managers to define and stimulate sales effort. Sale’s quota is the minimum sales goal for a set time span. Sales Quota can be individual or group based.
 
Objective: Once completed, PIVOT will calculate monthly quota and annual quota. PIVOT will calculate net new sales and existing MIF sales quota to calculate total sales quota.
 
 1.1 With your Secure Login credentials, log into https://www.prospivot.com/login

1.3 Select SALES:
     - Sales Reports
          - Sales Rep Quota Report
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
1.4 Verify Sales Rep & Territory information is correct
 
Example: PIVOT generated Marketshare Plan. This information can be adjusted if needed.
 
 
 
1.5 Import Updated MarketShare / Territory Data
 
Note: If quotas or territory has changed, update data
 
 
 
1.6 Review Sales Rep Quota Information
 
-     Internal Quota and Published Quota
 
-     Net New Sales Quota and Existing MIF Sales Quota
-     Monthly and Annual
 
 
     Note: Quotas can be manually adjusted. PIVOT will recalculate all columns
 
-     % of Markup to Internal Quota
 
1.7 Export data
     Note: Select data to be exported and choose the format
